Enjoy a week full of Shapes Activities for Toddlers. This is a great weekly activity guide to teach toddlers about colors in a fun, play based way.

Each day we have a book to read (or a read aloud to watch if you don't have a copy, a song or dance to enjoy and 2-3 themed activities.
We would love you to join us in our Weekly Themed Facebook Group to share your shape themed activities and also to share your pics over on Instagram (follow @myboredtoddler and use #myboredtoddler so we can share our favorites!).

Song/Dance - Shape Up!

Craft - Shape Painting with Lego or Duplo
Similar to our shape stamping with cardboard tubes, Lego and Duplo make a great shape stamper too.

Fine Motor - Chalk Drawing Shapes
Time to get out the chalk (sidewalk chalk like this set is great) and see what shapes you can draw!
Some fun ways to play with this are:
- Call out a shape and have them run and jump on it.
- Use a spray bottle of water and have them 'spray' the shape you call out
- Let them practice copying some of the shapes themselves
- Draw some pictures using the shapes
