I LOVE making these Easter egg seeds for my kids on the night before Easter. You have the children 'plant' them in the garden and then they turn into Easter eggs on Easter morning - such fun! You can make your own using our free printable Easter egg seeds topper.
Easter Egg Seeds Printable Topper
One of our Easter night traditions is that after spending the day doing our final Easter Crafts and Activities and reading our favorite Easter books, we plant our Easter egg seeds! The next morning the kids are amazed when their eggs have 'grown' into real Easter eggs! We also pair this up with our Easter bunny footprints (print your free Easter bunny footprint stencil HERE) and include an Easter Bunny letter.
We've used jelly beans for ours but another great idea is to use the mini eggs like these and have them 'grow' into larger eggs!
